Patch and the pin both.  Not me though.  It was the girl of the time.  She had to beat up a couple firemen for them.  So no big deal.

Don't you have to check on the form what mileage accomplishment you are sending it in for? I'll give HOG a call and see what the mileage was last time I recieved one... I'm thinking it was 25k... so I should be eligible for the 50k now.

You don't need to call HOG. Once if it is same bike (VIN number) you've had enrolled, Mileage Programme form must be completed, endorsed by an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer and submitted to the H.O.G. Customer Care Centre.
