Someone correct me if I'm full of chit again, but other than the CHP I wasn't aware of any police department that uses motorcycles as high speed pursuit vehicles.

Jerry, every department or agency I know someone in does not do high speed pursuit with motorcycles.  And several don't do high speed pursuites of motorcycles (at least for traffic offences).  Too dangerous to not just let them go and find them later.
