From Thursday the 4th thru the 11th I had spotty cell and not much better wi-fi, kinda nice. I think I wanna go back.



Morning from the Foothills pkwy.

  Had an unusual occurrence last week. Another rider and I was on the blue ridge pkwy going about 50mph came around a curve and there was a line of about 10 or more bikes coming at us, I notice some strange movements in the middle of their pack, then a riderless gold wing is in my lane wobbling and headed my way, somehow I avoided it. My friend got lucky too as the bike layed down and stopped just short of him. They picked up the bike, rider dusted off and everyone rode away. One of the craziest things I have ever encountered like that.

The good thing was no-one got hurt and lived to ride another day.

Visited SMHD one day and $10.12 later I replaced a lower fairing glovebox door latch. 

One of the cheapest visits I’ve ever had to a dealer and to accomplish something also.
