Whiterock,

You don't give much of a choice, 5/16" or 5/16"...

I have an Ultima 2" belt drive at home sitting on one of their 113" and 5spd trannies.

If you're looking at the bolts on the motor around the stator that the belt drive back plate bolts on with, I can check them out tonight and let you know. I've had it together for quite some time, but if memory serves me correctly, they're 5/16"-18NC. Other than that, I'm quite sure of the exact bolts you're looking for.

I have a couple of friends with Ultima 113's in their bikes, one insalled Truit and Osborne heavy flywheels and pulls his tent trailer very well. Hope you didn't have the opposite experience since yours is on the shelf.
