Sorry for off-topic

Really great that we have a sizable European community so that discussion on such subject can be quite informative.

Thanks guys.

Hello european brothers and others (of course !) ;)

Tomorrow, my dealer in Lyon will receive one european SERK.
Probably, Thuesday or Wednesday, I'll made some pictures and I'll put on this topic. 8-)
Do you wish pictures about a particular place ? ;)

I'll phone to two other dealers in my area for to know if they'll receive one CUSE2 and I'll inform you. If yes, I'll visit him for pictures.
Are you interested by pictures on a special place on this model ? ;)

Concerning the description of the european models, it's the attached file on my first post. ::)
I have received this document from my dealer and him from Christophe Legeay,
District Manager, Harley-Davidson & Buell France.

Best regards
Jacques

Hey Jaques, do you still have a problem starting your bikes at your dealership, when we were coming home from St Tropez last year we called in at Lyon and most of us found the bikes wouldnt start, enjoy your new bike, when it arrives....au revoir :-[ :-[ [smiley=oops.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif]

Hello Jacques and all others waiting for an european CVO,

To Jacques: I'm in the same status as you, my B/O FLHTCUSE2 will come in april 2007. Not too bad, due to the salt on the roads during winter in Switzerland. The only problem is that I can't do any mods on my futur bike.

To all of you: as soon as you can take some pictures of a HDI FLHTCUSE2, please post them in this topic. What would be interesting is: exhaust, bottom of the rear fender, front fender, air filter box, mirrors, seats (will we get the rider backrest), highway pegs, in short: all the stuff wich will be different than what we have seen till now on this forum.

Many thanks in advance, it will help me waiting the next 6 months...

Welcome both !

To Custardglide,
Always it's funny and crazy to start a bike at Lyon's dealer. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]
Now, all, we know our codes or we have this in the pocket . [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
I'm HOG member of Lyon Chapter and I was in St Tropez.
It was a very nice week end with many sun and so on .... 8-)
In june the national HOG rally was in Morzine at the beginning of June.
All the week before, It was snow and cold.  [smiley=oops.gif]
This year, the french national rally will be in Marseille, probably with a better weather ! 8-)

To Claude ,
It was possible for me to choose the date : November or April.
I have just sold my RK Classic and for the same reason than you, I think that the salt on our roads is not the best for our babies. :'(

I have phoned to the dealers in Valence, Annecy and Grenoble but none will receive a CUSE2 in November.
I think mine will be the first in April in my area. ::)
Tomorrow or friday, I go to the dealer in Lyon for to photography a SERK and I'll put them here.

Eqcons or Snurebakken would be the first to receive their CUSE2. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
At this moment, we'll receive some pictures of our dream.

Eqcons had explain the differences between the european models 2006 and the US.
With the description in the first post for the 2007 models, I think that it'll be similar and not very funny. :'(

Best regards all, [smiley=drink.gif]

This means that the bikes in Europe do not get the matching mirrors as in the U.S., but the same mirrors like every other H-D. You need to buy the nicer ones separately. It was the same on my SEEG2.

Hello, Louis,

Look this topic : http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1161011118
It's two mirrors from SE ! You need to make an offer.
For your next bike.
I'll buy these # 91697-06 HD for mine.

Best regards
