Judy...there are several things you can be sure of when spending 4 days or so in those mountains at a CVO GTG: You'll have a damn good time; you'll eat some good food; you'll meet some great folks; do some great rides; and you're practically 100% guaranteed to see rain at some point.

Glad you had a good time and hope you have a safe trip home.

I missed you Terry!   :-\. I was stirring the fire with a stick the other night and remembered last year when you and I sat by the fire until after midnight sharing our life long stories.  I hope our path's cross again someday.  :2vrolijk_21:

We left the Valley at 8:45 this morning.  It is always sad to think that it will be another year before I get to see some of my CVO friends again.  Saying goodbye is always difficult for me but this year was harder than last year.  After giving this some thought on my way home, and feeling like I lost something, I realize just how important my "extended family" has become to me.  Thank you everyone for your kindness and for embracing me as your friend.

We pulled in the garage at 8 PM after a 562 mile day!   :2vrolijk_21:  Total for the trip was 1,569 miles.   :2vrolijk_21:  There were no mishaps on the way home.   ::). MC's ran great, weather was perfect!  Last post is just a couple pictures I snapped on the way home when we stopped for fuel.

God Bless everyone and we will see you in the spring!   :P

Glad you and Renay made it home safely, Judy!

It'll soon be time to go hibernate anyway... as I will be doing! I'm going to be missing some GREAT riding weather back home this weekend, stuck as I am in Seattle every other weekend for the next 2-3 months. At least I have a fellow gun enthusiast friend here... we're going to hit the range this weekend and play with his guns while it rains outside.
