HK Radio Volume Issue

Hey Y'all, I have an issue with my HK radio on my 07 CUSE Ultra. The down (-) function doesn't work from the bars, but the functions select and up (+) volume controls work, tried jumping the wires in the connector and raised vol but couldn't lower it. Vol can be lowered by entering setup and using radio keys. Any ideas would be appreciated..... Shawn

You have a defect in the harness between the radio and switch
