Thanks for all the ideas. I ordered a custom seat from Danny Gray that lowers a bit, narrows, and gives me a bit more support in the lower back. I'm also lowering the front by an inch (Progressive monotubes) and the back is getting Progressive 444's which should take it down to 11.5". Overall, dropping about 1" but hopefully better suspension. I'll post to this thread after the work is done.

Progressive 444's are not the answer. I've had them, although they did lower the rear the ride was terrible!!!

My girl friends bike 2010 CVO, I installed the mono tubes in front and set it up to be 1 1/2" lower handles lot better. C & C solo seat installed at Laughlin helped some more with wild ones 575 bars just like was on her 2006 street glide. She still wanted just little bit more talked to Howard and got a set of JRI shocks built for her bike and her 125 lbs. She loves it now it moves when she hits bumps and it lowered it about 1/2" she can push it back no problem now.
