What are those two round, silver discs on either side of the horn? ( where the spark plugs are ) They are great parts however. Have a bunch on my bike as well.   

They are the Wards Parts Werks Cylinder Head Cooling Fans! great product, I have mine running on a thermostatic switch that kicks them in when the head temp gets to a given temperature, since fitting them my bike hasn't gone into safe mode once, couldn't be happier with them, do a search on the site and you will find lots of positive reviews from members who are using them,

I have the clarity derby cover on my fat boy the only downside is trying to keep them clean, great look on the bike and very well made.
