Just bought one of these for myself and my niece to share for Christmas.  Doing a little homework after the purchase on accessories and read several reports of brands of memory cartridges not working well with the camera while other brands work fine.  Hoping someone here actually has trusted hands-on experience and can suggest what is known to play well.

I have no troubles with sandisk.  I use the black version.

Thanks Todd.  Standing on line at Best Buy read of several reports of the SanDisk cards occasionally causing problems but of a firmware update from this past July that was supposed to be make this better.  Good to know the update has likely fixed the prior problem.  Thanks guys.

 Invest in some extra batteries and a extra charger. the batt that comes with the black stinks. Only good for a 30 to 40 min max.  ( if that )  Also play with the wide angle settings. Sometimes when you post your vid with the wide angle settings it looks really f-up on the player.  Cheers.
