Headlight modulator for 2013 cvo road king flhrse5

Just got a new to me bike and want to put a modulator on it.  For years I have used a Kisan Technologies product but I don't think they make one for this bike.  I have looked at Kress  but can't figure out which one I need.  Does the 2013 have the Can-bus (HD-lan)?  Anyone know the oem part number of the headlamp?

The 2013 SERK comes with the dual bulb headlight kit, p/n 73271-11.  And the bike still has the old style electrical system, no HDLAN (CAN bus).
