slash up exhaust tips

does anyone out there make a set of exhaust tips that fit the stock cvo exhaust (w/fullsac baffles) that are slash up?  i'm thinking i would like the look of the exhaust following the lines of the saddlebags.  i've seen a few, but they always have that caveat, 'does not fit cvo exhaust'.....

The Harley slash ups will work but they require an adapter Kit check here:
