This is typical of my mild 110" CVO builds with my headwork. TC24D cams, 58 mm T-body, this one has V&H monster ovals, and a Fullsack pipe.

No, I'm not smart enough. I have shops that are extremely good at tuning in some areas of the county.

What could you expect with stock heads and a D&D fac cat big bore. Roughly. I'm not sure I want to pull the heads yet.

Anyone run this cam in a stock 103? Just curious as how it would perform on the standard Breakout....been eyeing it for quite some time, but not much data from an otherwise stock 103.

If you are just looking for a bolt in....103 or 110 this cam IMO is not the answer.....neither engine has enough compression to make it work like it should.

Does not make it a bad cam just a little too much for a stock engine.

Here's another TC24 build I did for "V-Twin City" in Pompano 2 weeks ago. They specialize in CVO bikes, and others. Kinda reminds me of "I'd walk a mile for a CVO".   ::)
You can buy the bikes from them, built, etc., and finance the whole deal if approved.
John
I have another one getting tuned next week, or the week after. I'll pop that one up when I receive the sheet.

This cam does very well in a stock 103 with Dragos 2-1 and a hi-flow AC

here is a dyno chart done by Ed at the Dyno Difference 97 HP and 109 #'s torque. This is great usable power for a stock 103

I am having the same thing done on my RGC, I will post the #'s next week

You generally DO NOT see those numbers as a bolt in on a 103 and they are a tad soft down low.

As a cam to build on ? why not but the 24D likes 10-1.....minimum

TorqueInc, I am not trying to be disrespectful here, but 90 #'s torque at 2000 RPM vs 70 #'s torque for the stock 103 is not soft for a guy looking for bolt-in performance .

for a guy looking looking to do just exhaust, cams, AC and tune. this is a great combination and if you do decide to do some headwork and increase compression later on you don't have to change cams. I agree that with headwork and compression, this cam really make some serious power.

I have another buddy with a 2012 Streetglide here in Dallas that Lloyd did the same setup on and Ed tuned and he got almost the same #'s, actually a little better on the HP, the only difference in the builds was that he had them add a Rivera Pro clutch. I have ridden this bike before and after the build and this thing is a rocket (compared to stock).

Also...my opinion and $5 will get you some coffee at Starbucks ;D

I'm leaning toward STARTING with just the Kury cam on my 110. I switched from a D&D pipe to Franks Dragula with the 2.55 baffle. After chatting with Frank and explaining my needs we decided a nice entry level upgrade would work best for me and if I want to do the heads later we are all set.
