Lost BSR?
« on: January 18, 2014, 12:29:22 AM »

Was lucky enough to go for a ride today and one of the stops was at a Harley apparel store. While there a woman came in looking to rent a bike, she started telling about how she was a BSR on a Goldwing had a seizure and fell off the bike. Mind you this was on the Interstate but for some unstated reason they were at a slow rate of speed. I thought that would have to be some kind of seizure to be a BSR and fall off of a bike like a Goldwing.

I suppose it could happen but I have never heard of such a thing, has anyone ever had any experience with this?

she came into an "apparel" store to "rent a bike" after falling off one due to a "seizure" while going slow on a "highway", are you sure this doesn't belong in "humor"?

I think she was "hitting" on lowflight and wanted to really impress him.  :love_1:

"The Ball & Chain" has fallen asleep twice on the bikes, once on the '05 SEEG and once on the Switchblade

You have to ride more aggressively, you know, burn outs and wheelies every so often. Of course the first time I popped a wheelie with my wife on the back she reached up and grabbed the family jewels and said we aren't going to hurt each other are we, because if I fall off I am taking these with me! :'( Women just don't understand! ;D

I guess I won't be complaining about the occasional slap upside the head anymore.

May have to strap her on the back of the bike, just in case.

If she can stay on that, she can stay on any scooter.

You can laugh all you want, but I have actually seen a BSR wearing a bungee cord as a seat belt -- it was however on a Honda  ;D

I did lose a BSR once a very long time ago.  But it wasn't off the bike it was at a hotel and I sort of lost her intentionally.

Turns out heading out on a long and undefined road trip with a chick you'd only met ten days or so before may not always be a good idea.  First day was good.  Next three may be the longest days I ever spent on a bike.  Did leave her money for a bus ticket home though.

That sounds pretty close to the lyrics of a Bob Seger song  :2vrolijk_21:
