If found in the MoCo Accessory Catalog:

-Screamin' Eagle competition plow blade, $699*
-Docking hardware for plow blade, $499
-Hydraulic system to raise/lower blade (recommended for Touring bikes), $795
-Hydraulic system mounting hardware, $269
-Genuine Screamin' Eagle hydraulic fluid, $17.95/qt. (use of other brands voids warranty)
-Genuine HD hydraulic fluid funnel, $13.95
*fits even numbered year touring bikes, except denim paint models.  Special HD fitment tools required for installation (fitment tools not sold to the public).

I guess you need this set up on a trike to have reverse and extra stability.
