2014 FLHTKSE Dyno Results
« on: February 18, 2014, 10:11:24 AM »

Hey Everyone,

I waited until my bike had 1000+ miles on it prior to having it tuned.   I installed Fullsac 2" Power Cores and replaced the stock headpipe with the Fuelmoto Stainless steel one.

Before and after tune results.  Before: 90/108     After:  98/115

Dyno sheet attached.   Bike is smooth and pulls hard.  Very Happy with results.

Way to go!  The fullsac seem to be very good.  I just got back from dyno with my D&D Fat cat with quiet baffle and it rolled out at 93hp /110tq - Your numbers are very impressive.  My 120R is running at 123hp / 120TQ - maybe I just need new dyno dealer... :2vrolijk_21:

I think the combination of the Fuelmoto headpipe and the Fullsac Power cores are a great setup !!

Looks like you need to upgrade to a better clutch. The torque line shows it slipping.

I don't think the clutch is slipping---it just needs to be tuned properly.  Can't expect much from a 40 minute tune! There's more in there.

;D    Five total runs and forty minutes total time.  Let me guess, a Harley dealership?

Jerry you're 100% correct.
It's unfortunate that a lot of people who have had engine mods, are led to believe, especially by a dealer, that a motor can be PROPERLY mapped in a short amount of time.  :(  They will spend the bucks on the mods, but chinch out on the tune. Trying to convince otherwise is like "beating a dead horse".  :nixweiss:

Hey Opossum - did you use a TTS map? How's the sound of the 2.25" cores? Dyno looks good!

No tuner, dyna link software, the base map is created based on the first few base runs, then map is made based on weights of riders, cruise speed desired, etc, and loaded on the ecm.  The 2.25 baffles are PERFECECT!  Had the 1.75's on the 2010 and these are just right.  So far the MPG, performance , etc ROCK!  Thank you Ed Dahir, The Dyno Difference, Dallas, TX
