Best run w/255s & Best Run w/54s

X-pipe/2 inch cores - Heavy Breather - TTS - Flattop pistons, stock 96 heads

Slight dips from clutch turning loose at peak TQ. Resolved after the dyno with a VPC.

Thanks for posting that. I was just talking to my local dealer on Friday, and cam changes were discussed. He told me that he gets higher power from using the Andrews Cams (vs. SE) and had dyno sheets to show it. I can't remember for sure, but he recommended Andrews 56??? for the 110 motor. Go Green!!

That's good stuff.  Any one want to buy a set of SE 255 cams?

Wonder how the 255 would work in a 96? Have a 2007 FXSTC and might use the 255's when I go to better cams in the 110. Better options for sure, just thinkin' cheap. Wouldn't be wise if i build a 124 for the custom. Light bike for tractor cams. Meh.

Something is not right with the baseline, the torque output should be higher and those jagged lines usually mean the tune has some issues. The green line looks par.

TQ should be higher on a 103 with 255s? Really? This is 9.7 compression with stock 96 heads.

Dips were the clutch was starting to turn loose at points with both cams. In some of the before and after cam swap runs it was more obvious when it turned loose and then grabbed to spike back up. Clutch was stock with an SE spring. A VPC went on it and resolved that monkey business. The 255s were tuned with TTS without the help of a dyno by me. I used this baseline run to see what the results of my tuning were. Actually not all that far off. The bottom was a little lean, the middle was right on target, and the top was a little rich. It was close enough to look at a lot of 110s in my rear view mirror.
