Rain?  It still rains somewhere?  Not here.  We are in a drought and 57 out of 67 counties have fires.  Plus it's smoky.

All in all, I would rather read about animals regurgitating.  Especially if it would RAIN!

We haven't had much rain either.

My daughter in Tampa said the lovebugs are out in droves.  Do they puke or just go splat on the windshield?

There you have it, Mike...if you will note, the first pile with the white flem mixed in with the kibble is almost whole, indicating it was eaten last, and puked first...the other pile is actually two toned...a bit of the other first, then a second heave, and the other portion of the meal comes up from the depths of the stomach, complete with the nice yellow/green color, and more liquid.... ;D  Rog, as always, did an excellent job capturing the color/light of this particular hurl.  :2vrolijk_21:

By the way Terry, one of the babies puked on the porch today.  It is not very colorful, so guess I'll pass on making a pix.

I must give all the credit, other than beating of Cindy until I could get to the camera, to my Sony Cybershot 10.1 Megapixel camera.  It is my third Cybershot and really does a good job for now barainer pics.

Terry - One of the better non bike photos ever posted on this board, for content.

If we ever decide to create a Cat Vomit and Dog Puke Calendar, I nominate Roger's pic.

Someday with eternal vigilence I might approach the bottom rung of the artistic ladder of the fine art of animal barf pics.  Until then, I shall merely be a spectator to the photographic renderings of the stomach contents of their lives. ;D

Yes Suzanne the love bugs are out.  Back home we called them hookemup bugs, for the obvious reason.

The Jester was splatted yesterday with a few dozen after a relatively short ride - about 100 miles

As best I can tell, their stomach contents exit through their brains and possibly out their eyes, so in a way that could be considered a puke.

An executive decision may be indicated here to determine the puke factor vs the splattage factor.

Artistic rendering of the Texas version of the dreaded love bugs.

Love bug puke and or splat depending upon perspective:

Certainly impressive and I bet lots of people have been hosed by this double whammy spray collar.

We sometimes use the old fashioned frog dog bug catchers bred especially with sticky tongues.  Slow and ineffective, but (and its even on topic) it inevitably leads to:

Dog puke.
