I believe that fairing looks like a 1978 Windjammer!

I wished they would fill in that big hole they put in the bat wing. I hate it visually. Or at the very least color match it to the bike. Seems they could have vented around the headlight to accomplish the same thing as what they did.

That "mail slot" in the fairing does work great for me. No buffeting at any speed. I really like the solution. But yeah painted would have been nice

I would like the 2015 CVO Ultra to return to a removeable GPS that has the functionality of a top of the line Garmin unit....better yet, go back to a Garmin!!
Also, come with a compensator and lifters that will last the life of the engine.

Just add one  :nixweiss:

Funny. That mail slot works so good that my uncle had to purchase a higher windshield. He's 5'7"  :nixweiss:

I bet that will be painted on the 2015 CVO Street Glide and possibly an option for everybody else in the 2015 Parts & Accessories catalogue...I mean why should Harley give it to you for free when they know everyone will "pony up' and pay for it! ::)

I'm actually shocked with so many creative people on this site that no one has shown us how great the slot looks painted-to-match!  :nixweiss:

Come on guys & gals, you seem to be really slipping on this one.  Missing a golden opportunity at some cool customizing.

I believe I asked on another thread, but will do so again here... Who will be the first?

Simply for purposes of discussion on those pics the view from the rider's perspective in the seat is about what one might have expected Lou.  To me personally, however, I hate that nose-on look.  The soft rounded edges need to be sharpened some.  It needs lines rather than soft shoulders.

CORRECT!!!    It kinda looks like an after market from the nose-on shot!!

Here you go:

... and we have a winner!

Looks way better painted, especially on a CVO and as we all know - they should have come that way as standard equipment.

Thanks for posting the picture.
