Thats a half-hearted 'almost'. Have had this Punkin in my garage since Oct '13 waiting for the gavel to fall. A family member would not listen to his wise old Uncle(who learned the hard way) when told that runnin with the 1%ers can lead to big trouble. The man in the black dress spoke yesterday. He will be living, room & board free, for the next 15yrs on the State of SC. Earliest release date Apr 2025. I asked him what to do and he said 'Ride it'. I would say he was stupid, but hell he was ridin a CVO. Nasty right now, but looks like it will clean up good

2k, sorry about your nephew's unfortunate future but some people have to learn these lessons on their own.  You tried to explain it to him.  I'd ride that bike and save your regular scoot for special days.   :oops:

I've found that people - be them friends or family - will never learn from MY mistakes and they will seldom listen to any offered advice no matter how well intended. It seems we all have to make our own choices and learn life's lessons - good,bad,or indifferent - in our own way, which unfortunately is sometimes the hard way. :nixweiss:

Anyway, back to the bike - clean that punkin up, ride it and show it some love  :2vrolijk_21:

Sorry to hear of your nephews misguided misfortune... I can't say I/we were any different... I can remember (I think I can) being a young 20 something and not listening to what my elders were telling me. Unfortunately at that age I/we are full of "piss an vinegar" and feel nothing can happen to us nor do we want to take the advice of someone that may have experienced the same situations (what I/we say at that age aren't the same as they are experiencing).... Anyways.... you've got a classic CVO there... one of an only a two year model... enjoy it... respect it... take care of it... Make him proud when he returns of how you've taken care of it... and as Chip would say... what can shine, will shine. :2vrolijk_21:
