The last time I had this issue was the front tire on my 09, now the DUNLOP rear tire on the 2013 was badly cupping. Cracked in the thread all the way around the tire, less than 9000 miles on the tire. But again Appleton Harley Davidson in Wisconsin changed it out, total free. BEST every one get on the ground and check your rear TIRE.
