It's time to admit there's a problem. I have a 9 year old Softail that has less than a dozen original parts left. I could have bought three nice bikes for what I've spent on it.
- I've bought perfectly nice chrome pieces for it with the sole intention of having them powdercoated black.
- After my wreck, when it was nearly impossible for me to hunker down and work on the bike, I bought a table lift so I could work standing up.
- I have a two-car garage, yet the wife parks out in the weather so the lift, the bikes, and the boxes of parts I've collected have space.
- I have greasy fingerprint smears on my phone, my iPad, and my laptop.
- The dogs know what sound a fuel pump makes and know to get away from the pipes.
- I have a computer that's for nothing but tuning.
- I've kept all the "folders" (you know the ones) full of receipts for all my bikes. They take up two drawers in a file cabinet.
I think I need help.
