North Carolina here I come!
« on: May 15, 2014, 11:46:40 AM »

Jimmy (2k) and I have been talking about getting together since last year for a couple of reasons. First and foremost he has really helped me out with a couple of things and I do owe him a beer or two, at least. Secondly, he lives in NC, with some of the best roads in the country.

So I will be heading on down next Tuesday from NOVA around 9 AM and will get to his neck'o'th'woods around 4 PM. We figured we would start a thread to have a place for all the pictures and the video of the ride I am planning on posting right here. We also wanted to let everyone in the neighborhood know in case anyone else would like to join us.

Think of this as a practice session for the MV GTG 2014!

If anyone is interested in joining us please let us know.

Looking forward to it Cam. Gonna be a blast. As Cam stated we have been kickin this around for the best part of a year. Having a small gathering during the week will take many members that might be interested out of the equasion and for that we are sorry. It came down to a time that would work for both of us, before the Summer rush and with at least the forecast of good weather. With that said, anyone from the general area that has the time and a favorite ride to share or just want to see some great ones contact Cam or me for details..........what little we have!

I just noticed, 400 miles on a breakout. I saw a few questions about touring on them.
How was the ride?
