Don, are you saying you had the Honda shop pull the wheels off your bike and do the tire swap or did you pull the wheels?
Either way thats a h_ll of a price. I pulled my wheels and had a local old school chopper shop do the tire swap/ballance $60. I had the local Honda shop do a tire swap on my BMW last year but was leary having them mess with my detonator's. I payed about $225 for the tires, note that 160 is a little more than the MU90. I never checked prices at the local Honda dealer here but from my experience they dont have prices here like you experienced.
Excellent write up and photo's Roy! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
I experienced the same with my rear tire. After I got home from MV I couldn't believe how much wear it had from the 2000+ miles I put on. I didn't push the 100 mark coming home but I did try to keep up with 103T all week!

I wasn't going to push it to the 10,000 mark, so after seeing 2lanes elite 3 at MV I decided to give them baby's a shot.
When I was researching the elite 3 tires and I found them the cheapest going thru motoXoutlet.
MT90B16-Front $85.99
MU90B16-Rear $96.99
Shipping $25.00
Total $207.98

Hey Roy, whattaya mean too cold to clean the bike??? [smiley=nixweiss.gif] That morning we left out of MV wasn't too cold....once my heated seat melted the frost off my seat!
