2009 and earlier Twin Cams use 18mm O2 sensors located near the head.  2010 and up use 12 mm O2 sensors located just before the collector.

To make it work, you'd need to weld 18mm bungs into the pipe for your O2 sensors.

Their website shows $168 for a stainless steel header.  Does that strike anyone as too cheap?  By comparison, Fuel Moto's stainless steel header is $539.  I'm not familiar with Dan Moto, but it appears to be a Chinese company.

Where is Fuel Moto's pipe made?

One thing that sticks out bad on these pipes is the O2 bungs, and they literally stick out.  On the pipe in question for the 09.  It looks like you would need to install 18mm bungs.  SS is a pleasure to weld, bungs are cheap, and sense it's SS.  It's easy to correct the finish after welding.

But what is really going to be a show stopper for me.  Is the $142 shipping.  I don't know about Finland.

Keep right on buying Chinese junk rather than support domestic companies.  When they run all the good guys out of business and all you can get is Chinese junk, do you really think the prices will still be as cheap as the product quality is?

China has a huge state owned steel industry that has been getting away with dumping here and elsewhere for many years.  They, along with Russian and other state owned steel companies, have helped eliminate many tens of thousands of American steel industry jobs through unfair trading practices.

Welding the bungs with the right equipment is not that hard but having them in the correct position and depth is also a concern.  If they are not correct your tune will never be right in my opinion.

Give Steve a call at fullsac he offers a American made 2-1-2 pipe that doesn't have a smashed pipe cross over under the bike.  I don't have his number off hand but if you do a search on here you will find it.

That pipe from china may have been my old kitchen sink I junked a few years ago.  Lol

Could not agree more Jerry!

By the way nearly all of our scrap metal finds it's way to China.

Enyone knows does this fit to -09 CVO RG?

https://www.dan-moto.com/DM_INT/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=18_186_187&products_id=1068&zenid=bo3odec821ns71r4sr839t0113

Thinking of pulling the trigger on this...

Do not listen to this "stealing jobs" BS. Competition is always great for us end users. The pipe is a good competitor, Dan is nice guy to deal with. I am in Prague, the pipe arrived in less then one week, the total including shipping was USD 268. Quality is great overall, stainless steel, welds are TIG, sizes are spot on, with only one exclusion – one of lambda ports was welded at slightly wrong angle. After installing the sensors, I found one sensor wire touching clutch cover. Not a deal breaker for me, and I did not want a hassle of sending the pipe back to China and having it replaced.
It works fine for more then 10.000 km now. Pics to follow.
