. . . .This makes 3 '07 CVO Ultras we have put the King Tour Paks on. There is a Black/Orange one that the owner has dropped a few hints about adding a detachable King Tour Pak to. . . .

If this keeps up, I may have the only Leather Tour Pak equipped bike out here.... I love the leather one!! Yes it is much smaller but you get used to packing as much as you can carry.....

Nahhh, you won't be the only one Brad. One of the main reasons I bought one. LOVE it! ;D It looks more integral to the seat versus an afterthought for added storage (like a big ole painted wart hangin' off the back that HD didn't know how to finish :nixweiss:)
Plus I truly think it's more sporty with the rounded lines & shape. JMO. Would still like to see how yours turned out though.

BTW - what are you doing with all of your take off's?

I started a new post with a few pictures of some Red/Black bikes we added Tour Paks to in the Pictures forum.
As for the Leather Tour Pak take offs, the owners have them.

I change tour pack for a three reasons
       1. the rack is to small for luggage
       2. I got caught in the rain and the leather wrinkled real bad (didn't look good)
       3. I extended the bar 2" more that holds on the tour pack to give my wife more room (she loves it)

notice in the pictures I also added more green to give the bike more life on the inner and outer faring and the top of the bags to match

Hey guys, here is some pictures of a customer's bike we just finished.
Beautifully painted and full of great additions. have a look and see how many goodies you can spot!!

I also have a 2007 and am considering doing the same thing to mine.  Can you give me an idea as to what the details and costs are that it will take to complete this?  Could I purchase a used king tour pack and make that work and if so, what years will work?  Any info you can get me would be great.  Thanks.
