I never thought they'd have put Hard Candy in a Touring bike... much less an SESG. I THINK I like it... but I will need to see it in person to tell. That much Hard Candy may be too much, or just perfect. Hard Candy is very retro to the 60s when a lot of us had helmets in metal flake like that. And on bass boats!
I wish they had pics in the Photos section of the other colors. They really seem to be focused on the Hard Candy Mercury. The Cobalt/Molten Lava looks very good, as does the Scorching Yellow. The inner fairing will be Vivid Black though... I would have liked to have seen it color-matched.
I see BananaMan's name all over the Scorching Yellow! And it's a ShowerHead, as are all 3 Touring CVOs. That's nice - even though it comes at the cost of speakers in the lowers.
I see they've done away with the little sissy bar. I sure wouldn't want to be a BSR on this thing with nothing behind me... But I'm sure the P&A catalog has a nice selection.
I like the 5-spoke Aggressor wheels, but US $36,349 is a LOT of coin to drop for a bike without a Tour Pak, a decent touring seat, nor passenger footboards. Adding all those will push the investment up to the SERGU/SEL level... but you get the cool stretched bags and very nice paint!
Frankly, I still like
Honey Badger's livery better... but I'm admittedly just a wee bit biased!
