I think the boys at Harley screwed up (again). This is what they have listed on the "Features" page for the CVO Limited under "Twin-Cooled™ High Output Twin Cam 110™ Engine":
"Twin-Cooled™ High Output Twin Cam 110™ Engine
If you started in 1909 with the very first Harley-Davidson V-Twin engine and worked your way up through every engine, every innovation, every improvement, every ride, every durability test in all those years and countless miles since, you arrive at the Twin-Cooled™ High Output Twin Cam 110™ engine. This is the top of the line. 110 cubic inches of air and precision cooled Harley-Davidson® V-Twin power. Twin cooling cools the heads around the exhaust ports to deliver at or near peak performance under all operating conditions and temperatures. A higher compression ratio increases efficiency and horsepower. There’s an airbox for increased airflow and a redesigned cam to optimize low-end torque. It’s got the fastest 60 to 80 mph 5th gear roll on in the history of Harley-Davidson."
However, when you go to the spec page they list the same old 9.2:1 compression ratio the previous 110's had, and the output torque is still showing as 115 lb-ft at the crank just like the earlier models.
They did increase the output of the 103 engines with an airbox and cam change last year, but I've seen nothing so far indicating a change on the 110. The blurb I highlighted in red above was pulled by Harley directly from the blurb they published for the 103 last year and inserted on the CVO features page for 2015. I guess we will have to wait for a parts book listing or some hands-on feedback from someone who has torn into a 2015 Twin Cooled CVO110. I think Steve Cole just mentioned there is no cam change for 2015, and I'd imagine if anyone around here knows for sure at this point in time it would be Steve.
