Anyway today I decide to call Harley customer service and ask them about the misprint, I want to know if this is correct or is he dealer headgign me on the price.  The Harley customer service rep tells me that the books were correct and the price is 35499.  Now I am really disappointed.  I stop at another dealer and tell them the story asking me what the price is.   Well, this dealer shows me the updated stickers that Harley sent out for the 36K price.  This dealer is honoring the 35499 price, something the dealer I gave my deposit to is not doing.

This has been an unbelievable 2 weeks of excitement and disappointment.  I am not sure what I am going to do now.  I just may decide to get my deposit back and keep my 2010.

Sorry to hear this...I am in the same boat....deposit down and waiting on bike.  I made sure that I got it in writing, but I guess that at the end of the day, it is still only as good as the dealers word.

I hope that you can work it out...this should be a fun experience.

Hey guys I appreciate all the welcomes, I have seen the black CVO and I dont like it, at least for 40K.  My wife does not like the silver so, I am keeping my 2010 denim black X and have started my winter mods.   I'd still love to have a CVO, but I may be looking for a used one versus the new one.
