With 2013 Road King CVO you get: Anniversary colors (that looks good imho); lowers with speakers; saddlebag lids with speakers; iPod; passenger backrest; oval air cleaner to clear the lowers, chromed mirrors; ABS; chromed exhaust tips; chromed headlight housing; chrome handlebar and controls; rear end/lights are almost flush with the fender (which I think it is better executed than on the 2014, just looks better imho)
With 2014 Road King CVO you get: Tribal design in the paint (that looks great imho);New (easier to use) hand controls; Linked brake system with ABS; redesigned front (wider forks, larger neck bearings); new saddlebags (larger and easier to open/close); round black mirrors; chrome and black exhaust tips; color matched headlight housing; black engine guards; different air cleaner because there is no interference with any lowers; black handlebar (I think it is a thicker handlebar, not sure) and controls; rear end/lights protrude from the fender (but light is much brighter than last year); keyless ignition so you do not have the knob on the center of the tank.
There... I hope that helps. Can't go wrong with either one.
I bought mine at Space Coast HD. This is the deal I made:
2014 Road King CVO in Tribal Orange and Galatic Black with Aztec shadow graphics (had 7 miles in the odometer)
4-Point Docking HW Kit in Black - 523000354
Large Rear Docking Hardware Cover Kit - Black (2 kits) - 48223-10
Rear Saddlebag Guards - Black
Transparent Paint Guard Kit for Saddlebags - 11100098
Service Manual
CVO Supplement Manual
Parts Catalog
Long Angled Adjustable Highway Peg Mount Kit - Black - 50500167 (I used the foot pegs I had, only needed the long mounts)
Jiffy Stand Extension - 50000023
Men's PowerHouse Jacket – Large - 97429-14VM
Out the door it was 27, 241.09 (trade in for my 2012 CVO RGC with 5800miles was 25.5K) - financing for the difference (after the deal was done, I added 7 year maintenance/tires contract for 2,500.00 ) was 3.99%
