Interesting, but I'll reserve judgement until I can see photos and a review of the actual prototype - not just some computer generated rendition which is what these "photos" appear to be.
Hate to think that this is an attempt to cash in on a famous moniker that will end (or continue) the same as the Norton commando re-do which U.S. customers and many others are still waiting for several years after the company taking deposits to reserve a bike, or the first several Indian revivals that couldn't gain any traction. Although the newest Indian rebirth looks to have staying power.
