Just picked up 2014 CVO Road King and had the V&H Head pipe put on with stock mufflers and it is not loud enough, I do like the appearance but want it to sound louder, any help would be appreciated.

If you like the stock Look, Fullsac makes baffles you can install in your stock muffler cans.  1.75, 2.00 or 2.25 are the sizes and each is a bit louder as the size goes up.

If you want to get rid of the cat he makes two head pipes, a sport pipe and the DX, both go under the stock heat shields looks 100% stock, performs way better.

I have used this set up on 3 bikes for my wife, I have used it on four bikes for me, It's all ready on her 15 and my 15.

You're probably gonna have to bite the bullet and put some new mufflers on.  I got the new V&H High Performance mufflers with the carbon tip (there is a thread in the exhaust section somewhere with a pic) and I'm loving them.  Did you get a dyno with the new head pipes?

I have the V& H Power Duals and Monster Rounds. Nice deep rumble, not too loud but great sound when you open the throttle.

Crusher mellows perform and sound good with the Vance and Hines head pipe.

Haven't changed my headers yet, but fitted slash cut ovals. Can you run V&H slash cut mufflers with True Dusls and Power Duals or will I be stuck with True Duals

How hard is it to change the baffles to Full sac?

It wasn't difficult at all. Remove the stock tip. Grind down two spot welds. Pop the stock baffles out. Drill a 1/4 hole for the bolt to hold the new baffle in. Slide new baffle in. Install bolt and nut. Install tip. Good to go.

I also ordered the screens which allows you to cleanly use less of the packing material.
