It's $1040.60 at Surdyke.com.....
If the bag has just a small issue you could likely sell it for a little coin on eBay after you get the replacement. Yes, thats still a lot for a bag!. You could always get some later stretched bags (a pair of course) and send both to get painted by Joe at Xtreme....

Yeah after Bike week it's going to get a face lift from Joe Zett at Xtreme Dimension. I spoke with him and it is a simple, INEXPENSIVE fix.

I had a lower fairing on an '08 Casper take a hit and required replacement.  Bought one the right year but wrong color on the internet, Big Fattys Painting matched for about $200. 

Found this company searching on this site.
