Hey longlast,
Nice pix. Do you guys ride on the wrong side of the road over there and whats with the wiggly white lines? Does not look like fun harley riding roads for sure...in fact looks a little dangerous. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.

Yup,..After a while you kind of get used to hanging to the left 2 Rose. As for the wiggly white lines, as you call them,... There actually referred to as zigzags, they follow a pedestrian crossing, (known as zedbra crossing) you cannot stop or park with in them.

That looks like a pretty wide street compared the neighborhoods my daughter lived in for 5+ years Carshalton and Croydon

Kind of both neat and scary watching the drivers playing chicken all the time.

Carshalton just south of Croydon, I know the spot. Your bang on,.. playing chicken is a every day pass time event many of wing mirrors meet there end in the sport :P

Not dumb questions 2 Rose. No matter what ones years are in life there's always somthing to learn,.. so ask away.

A High road is a main road that you would find all your main shopping, Butcher shops, Veg shops, Banks, Church, car dealers, Fish and chip take away, Cafes, Restaurants, etc. Hencs,.. the "High road" A term they call the road  from the old days,.."back in a mo luve popping up the High road for bangers and crisp (sausage & french fries, from the fish and chip shop) Now there are the Malls and as what we call the Supperstore. ( your supper market) Never the less the High Road still carries on.

Hey Longlast,
Thanks for the little bit of education. Never been over seas and I don't really have a desire to do so. But it is pretty cool to be able to interact with others from different countries that have the same interest in riding.
