They won't.  Check your HD part number.  Should be 98226-06 VM  If you search "Raceway Jacket" here you'll see there have been many threads but not so many jackets.  They were only made for a short time in 2006.  Original retail was $450.  ($350 women) HD claimed:

Features perforated lining, two large perforated front panels and back vents for maximum ventilation. i checked out both,
the one with no reserve and this one
and this one seemed in much better condition
so it cost me a little more than the $455 that no reserve with for but I'm happy
just hope the wife is when it hits the door step!

time to sell the others I have in the closet

I'd LOVE to have one of these Raceway jackets! I've scoured the net with no luck for a Large with no luck. I saw the one on eBay but it's a Medium. I also saw one somewhere that is an XL, so no luck there either. 

Guess I'll just keep looking.

Ken you may want to rethink the large size, I bought an XL and it fits me great. They run a little small. I am 5' 8" and about 190 so not a big man by any standards. If you ever get a chance to try one on when you see someone wearing one do so.

Hmmmm... I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs, with a 42" chest. Is that a L or an XL? Their charts say L, and my current H-D leather jacket is a L and fits perfectly.

I just don't want to look like a kid wearing his father's jacket!

It is marked XL on the tag and I am about 43 to 44 around the chest depending how tight I pull the tape. I have several other leather jackets and they are all large but I am glad I bought this in an XL. The sleeves are a little long when straightened out but on the bike it is perfect and it allows me to wear a sweatshirt underneath if it gets really cold. The older I get the more I grow into things.

Designed for drag racing so the sleeves are precurved and longer than usual, so that they fit all the way down inside the gauntlet of your racing gloves as you're bent over and reaching forward.  Designed to fit. 

There was a time a few years back when nearly all the Nor Cal members on this forum had this jacket and conversation on this forum about this being the CVO owners go to jacket.

FINALLY SNAGGED ONE!!! I'm so jazzed! I've been watching the 'net for a Raceway SE leather jacket 98226-06VM in Large for ages, and on Saturday I found this one on eBay. It's almost new, and I had to engage in a bit of a bidding war with another user for it... but I won the auction at midnight last night.

Check it out!

LOL! NOPE! Not going there, Howard... it would mess up my finely-tuned HP-to-weight ratio!

I have even managed to LOSE the 10 lbs I gained on our pre-Christmas Caribbean cruise (on which we stupidly bought the Premium Unlimited Drink Package...  ), and over the Christmas/News Years holiday weeks! If I get over 170 I simply stop eating... and drinking my ubiquitous daily coffee "black, no sugar" helps a lot, too.
