Same thing happened to me. The guy at the museum emailed me to say my parcel was undeliverable but then a few days later I got home and there was a UPS parcel on the mat. They obviously gave up trying to get a signature? I guess it's our UK addresses that confused them

I'm surprised they aren't sent by post!  I work from home, so no problem with them getting a signature here; they can't have tried very hard.
