That guy wasn't toooo drunk, it still hurt when he hit his face on the ashpalt!!!!!  Any good police officer would have made a judgement call and saw that the guy was in pain and thus not toooo intoxicated!!!!!

I think that's the new sobriety test.  Someone most likely sued stating the painted line could mot be certified to be straight, ok, lay down a taped line and allow the suspect to participate.

Ever try to bend over like that after one too many?  I bet that isn't the first face plant.

Next lawsuit will be for police brutality.
