Has anybody put these on a Rushmore CVO or know of someone who has?

I assume they do not void warranty and/or ESP given they are sold as 50 state legal by the MoCo.

I also assume you would require an SEST/SEPST? to tune then in.

What is the difference between these and stock headers with slip-ons apart from $$$$.

Appreciate any thoughts, opinions, pros and cons, etc, you would care to share

Cheers Tom

I've a 2015 FLTRUSE on order and have been considering the 64800022 Highflow Exhaust System as well. The head pipes are more free-flowing with a larger diameter than the stock headers and the catalytic converter has been split / "moved" into the mufflers. The nightstick mufflers have a larger 2.25" diameter inlet for better flow as well. Can't find that 64800022 number in the 2014 parts book .....so assuming it's a new kit for 2015 bikes. Would love to hear of anyone's experience with this setup and what they used for the tuning.

Like you ....I want to hear my music while riding a long straight interstate .....but want the deep rumble of a Harley. For me the ideal sound would be the Harley equivalent of a Mustang GT or Shelby Cobra. I've heard this kit sounds a bit too quiet on a 103" .......but very cool on a CVO 110".

.

I put them on my new CVO and love the performance increase.  Got a real tone when twisting the throttle.  Notice the color change on the back plate.  I had them removed and powder coated black.  Tried to order a set of black end plates through HD with no luck.

Do you have a Dyno Sheet you can post?

No dyno sheet.  I bought a super tuner and dealer service department used the mapping from that.  Thought I'd be put on the dyno but no.

I just installed a Screamin' Eagle High Flow Exhaust System (#64800022) on my 2015 FLTRUSE and (when the streets are clear of snow and the temperature rises to "tolerable") look forward to ride-tuning with my Power Vision PV-2 and experiencing the performance improvements and a more assertive sound. I've both the stock closed end-caps and "race-only" power cones. For now I've installed the system with power cones and can report they sound very good when I fired the bike up in the garage ......LOL 8)!

In the meanwhile, I can provide you with some photos!

I can say just as far as the Nightstik exhaust, I've heard great things about them. I had the Screamin Eagle FatShotz were are basically Nightstiks with the open end cap, and absolutely loved the performance. The bike wanted to pull from idle it seemed like, it was great. Never met anyone with the full SE system, though.

Pretty sure Supertrapp makes the Nightsticks for Harley. I've ordered better looking closed end caps as well as additional discs in order to get the sound/performance I want.
