Yep, I have bought 6 or more systems from Steve at Fullsac, a great product, great service so I am a many time repeat customer.  Just put the DX head pipe and CVO 2.25 cores on my wifes 2015 Road Glide Special.  Just put the same on my 2015 CVO RG Ultra, both have a TTS tuner also.

Had the RG Ultra tuned, 96 HP and 114 Torque.  Runs great.

Recently put the DX on my 2015 RGS, Steve walked me through installing the map he sent, very pleased with the service and performance. Top notch outfit.

Class Act! Had the best experience with Steve & crew. They did my 2012 "skunk", go to the "Fullsac Facebook page" and look at the chart, see what he says about my bike.
Steve will be doing all my bikes.

Great products and customer service!  Ordered the DX header pipe, 2" power cores and the TTS tuner with one of Steve's maps for my 09 SERG. Installed everything last month in about 5 hours.  I took it one step farther and had the bike dyno tuned.  No complaints.

This is my second time around with fullsac setup. Just install Dx pipe 2.25 cores tts2 on a 15 cvo ultra,    what i noticed first was how much easier the bike starts,  nice and smooth with almost zero dec pop.  I would recommend this setup for sure.

I'm trying to keep my new CVO RGU stock as I tend to need a new one every couple years and trying not to sink more money into it.  But just in case, what would I be looking at for a price on the DX Pipe, 2" baffles and a TTS tuner with his map??
Thanks!

If I remember correctly it was a little over $1000.00 with the DX, TTS, baffles and screens. You can go to his site and see current pricing and I think he still offers 10% off for forum members. Check out the screens as they hold the packing to the outside wall of the muffler and make installing the baffles much easier. They are supposed to help performance also by creating more space in the muffler but I really can't comment on that as I have never run mine without the screens.

I couldn't imagine running a CVO with the stock exhaust configuration. The reduction in heat alone was worth the $1000 I spent on the Fullsac upgrades.

I don't melt my shoe soles to the pipes anymore.  Not running fulsac but getting rid of the cat made a huge difference heat wise.  I probably should have called Steve and saved myself about $900 and probably increased performance.

I hear you, I had the full Fullsac system on my '13 Atomic Orange CVO RGC and loved it.  Yes it did cut down on heat and gave me great power.  Now with the new water heads I've heard it will run much cooler so I may not need the heat reduction.  I just don't know if I can deal with the lack of sound or power with the stock exhaust.  I put 25-30k miles on a year and I'm getting tired of sinking money into these machines.....

 Great company!
I live at 5600 feet so I don't get 100 hp with my set up but the seat of the pants dyno says I got a Great improvement!
As mentioned starts easier.
Less Heat on the legs for sure!
Torque way up.
2" sounds Great louder than stock, but you will wont have problems with too loud (can hear the music just fine).  My bike has a Great Growl when I get on it.  I have had many complaments on the sound alone.
Good gas mileage better than stock.
Best accessory that I have bought for my SE.

I'm at sea level and still only getting about 92hp..  I am not a motor head so not sure what the difference is when seeing all of these other dyno results.  Still gets me where I am going.

If I would have found this place first and did my homework I probably would'nt own a cvo! ;D
