I admit it, I've got issues with these CVO's. In July of 2013 I was riding an 09 (I bought new ) went to look at seats and left on a used 13 ( 400 miles ). Saturday went to look for gifts ( sweatshirts, T shirts, whatever, etc.) and left the owner of a used 14 CVO Limited (36 miles, yea thats right 36) both times the first owner has took the big hit on top. It's like they are waiting for me " we can sell it to Ben ". I've got a problem with these bikes and don't know where to get help. And before I you guys light me up, I know still at the dealer getting mod's.

There is NO cure for this disease, don't even try...   The only time I've seen a cure is when a disgruntled, non Harley lovin wife, has given the ultimate ultimatum, and then again, I've seen this not work either.  I bet it's Ruby Red.....

I have only seen this type of illness cured via unemployment, marriage/divorce or death.  Ride on!

Yea still got her, 36 years and counting. She's been riding behind me since we where seventeen, she might not understand me all the time but she knows what being in the wind is all about.

I just bought my 2nd CVO a couple of months ago. My wife doesn't get it but has been very cool about it.
Here's the way I look at it - this is our hobby, this is our thing. You only go around once. If you have your financial house in order, then go for it and enjoy it.

I am sure there are many who can buy a bike when they want with out upsetting the wife.

When I bought my 09 CVO, and she found out the price her words were "do you realize that cost more than any car I have ever had?"  My reply was yep, and more than any car I ever had.  She next said " I hope you enjoy it"  A  month later I surprsed her with a new Heritage.

In 12 I traded and got a new CVO Road Glide.  10 months later I rode home on a 13 CVO Road King, with out trading anything and she did not know about it until I got it home.  She had zero issue with it.
