Greetings- I am a newbie (just joined) and am looking for input on making my Stock (Reinhart Racing slip ons) 2013 CVO Ultra Classic pick my slightly over weight frame up and get it going a little faster! This is my first CVO- I cashed in a 2007 Road Glide-big bore kit and lots of goodies for this CVO-it was too good of deal to say no to-it only had 800 Kms on it as summers are short and time is busy I only managed to put 4000 Kms on it after I bought it in August.

I am thinking an S & S T 124 (LC or Not) -need opinions on the 585 Cam versus the 640 and what throttle body and pipes would be best suited for this mill?
Looking for a reliable touring ride. Or would I be better off going with a  zipper kit and flow the heads etc?

All opinions from those that have done something similar will be appreciated and Happy New Year to all.
