Another one bites the dust.  When you visit the Site, you're now greeted with the following message:

A MESSAGE TO ALL OF OUR GREAT INTERNET CUSTOMERS

Continuing restrictive policies on the part of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company have made it increasingly difficult for small internet retailers like us to remain competitive. After 10 years, we’ve made the difficult decision to shut down our E-commerce site and to discontinue our internet retail presence.  Our stores in both Gladstone and Eugene Oregon will remain open as normal, only our E-commerce site and business will close. 

We will continue to accept orders on IN STOCK ONLY (no special orders) until December 28th, 2014.  No further orders will be accepted after that date.  Exchanges and returns will be accepted only until January 31st, 2015. 

Thanks so much for all of your support over the years!  It’s been quite a ride!

I dealt with them a few times. Not my 1st search due to the distance away. Had a problem with fitment one time, called a he said send it back for a full refund. Got a call 2 days later and was asked if I had mailed & still had the USPS track. I said yup, he said give me the track # and I will refund. It hit my bank the next day....................now thats service. I don't understand how it hurts Mother HD, they shouldn't care if they gave the overpriced crap away!!!!!

Hate to see another one shut down, FYI I have used Surdyke for online ordering for several years.

Sucks. They were of the few that would ship a battery to an APO address. Adventure out of Ohio still does.
