Sorry for the delay in getting this posted, but my internet has been down at home for a week, so haven't been able to join in any of the fun at night, just sneaking on a bit during the day at work...

Anyway, I bought the Kury Passenger Pegs, part number 4570, which are specifically made for the floorboard supports that come on the SE Glides, so this would apply to 04's thru '06's, or any other HD with those same supports for the passenger.  They install with no problem with the stock pipes....however, with the Rineharts, there are issues...might well be issues with some of the others too, I don't know.  There are two issues with the RH's...one is that they are "fatter" pipes where they come under the right side board support, and two, on the left side the RH's stick out a bit further than stock where the pipe curves down and runs along the side cover.

Sooooo, the pegs would not fit correctly....on the right side, with the boards in the lower holes, one of the bolts for the peg support would not go in because of the pipe being fatter.  On the left side, it would go on, but the locking mechanism would not operate (wouldn't go to the unlocked position).  I wanted the damn things on there, as they are a nice looking piece, and functional for the passenger as well.  So I figured out a way to make 'em work...after some measuring on my own, and some other measuring from Bagger and Brian to get comparisons, I had some spacers made by a friend of mine at work who is a really good machinist.  They worked out great!!

Here's the pics...I have the prototypes, but it's in a computer now so I can get more if anyone is interested.  They are not easy to do, as the upper radius on the support is not a true radius, holes are offset, etc...you'll see by the pics...if anyone is interested, PM me for a price...I'm not trying to make money here, just cover the cost of making the things, getting the stainless bolts/lock washers, and gas money.  

First shot is the end of the floorboard support with the spacer lying next to it with the removable pin (also makes things work on both sides)...

The pin slides in the hole from either direction, then the pin from the floorboard support slips in "behind" it, holding it into the frame...to fit the other side, just flip the part over and do the same...

Other pic was just the spacer, showing how the pin fits...this one is with the other pin installed...it's just a tight slip fit.

Ah Ha!  I've already put in my vote for chrome............but...........I just noticed your dipstick.  It's different.  I don't have those horizontal bars.

This is a pic of the peg in it's most forward position...it is not locked here, just rests on a stop which is part of the assembly...passenger would have feet forward and up, or could rest her heel or ankle to stretch the legs out.

This is locked in the up/forward position...there is a detent in the peg arm that the spring loaded barrel bolt slides into...

Unlocked, all the way back...there's enough friction not to allow it to bounce around in this position...in any position, the floorboards will still fold up...
