Hello Highjagger ,

Your dyno is interesting.
You have better result with breakout 103 standard exhaust because they have bigger baffles ? They are also shorter (48cm instead of 55cm), aren't they ? Do you remove the cat ? What is the baffle diameter ?

Thanks,

Hello Highjagger ,

Yes , that`s the trick.

They are also shorter (48cm instead of 55cm), aren't they ?
Yes, in my eyes they look better because shorter , the original is longer than the bike at the rear .

Do you remove the cat ?
No, removing the cat would turn the sound into a terrible noise

What is the baffle diameter ?
 i have to check this

Thanks,

Thanks a lot Highjagger for your reply. I had the same feeling when I saw my pro street exhaust vs the 103 exhaust. Your dyno confim this. I'm sure that Pro Street exhaust goal is noise and pollution, not dyno !
You think that removing the cat but keeping the baffle in place will increase the noise too much ?
If you can have a look on the 103's baffle diameter to compare this to the Pro Street baffle...
Best regards

Don't get caught up in the dyno numbers.  I made 110rwhp on one and 121rwhp on another without any extra mods. Use the dyno as a tuning tool only. Unless you and your mates all use the same dyno then the bragging writes come out!
