Tires and 40000 mile service on the 2019 yesterday, 500 miles on the new transmission.
I’m getting ready for some long trips starting next month.
 

Where did you get the tires? Having hard time finding them

Got them from our dealership last month when I realized there was a shortage coming from my regular sources. Prices then were only a couple bucks more.
18 rear and 19 front are kind of an odd size in AE brand.

Ah, guess I should have done the same thing, I get mine from American Moto Tire online, I have been buy from them for four years, I did get an order in, but they emailed me stating they don't know what happened, but their warehouse was incorrect, I received another email on Monday that he expects a supply within two weeks, so we shall see.

I noticed my throttle getting notchy over the last several months and not getting any better, so I finally took it in today and had the throttle grip sensor replaced. $500.00 later it's back to being smooth as silk.

Replaced clutch line o-ring to contain the brake fluid that was leaking out, it only lasted twelve years. I’ll be proactive next time and replace it again in ten years.

Well got a rear AE, the front can go a little longer, but there saying Tuesday they should have it

nothing cause the tuner isn't working with the bike. New tuner cause older one from 08 isn't supported by Harley anymore. 08 dyna fxdc not the anniversary CVO but has the 110 CVO engine on it. Wicked fast, loads up& putters 2-3 k, 3k up terrific. new tuner isn't hooking up to the software. Does anyone know if the 110 came with the 64mm throttle body?

I guess the 110cui comes with standard 50mm throttle body. The 117cui-Upgrade Kit contains a 58mm body

With the help of a great friend, started putting the 19 SERG back together.  Got the heads on, valve train adjusted, intake on and so on.  New plugs and wires installed except left front plug wire, the only part that has not come in yet.  Once I get it need to instal breather, tank, bags and seat.

Lookin good Dave! I picked up a set of the Screamin Eagle plug wires for replacements. Should add about 25 HP and 30 lb ft of tq.  LOL. They do look cool and they were readily available. 
Glad you're making progress.

Installed left front plug wire yesterday after it came in.  Finished putting the bike back together.  Bike fired right up, ran just like before.  Put 62 miles on it.

Going to wash it today, lots of bugs from trip we were on when it broke the valve spring.

Good to hear that you got everything done and on the road again!

We’re looking at our annual trip to Reno in a week or so (hopefully they will get all the fires out).
My bike now has about 10 K on the new engine and is running great! I’m hoping for many more miles without issues.
I’ll get more miles on the new grudgebox to see if it will hold up better that the weak stock box.

I think I’ll keep the old gear set and just rebuild it a little more stout than stock just in case myself or one of my friends breaks theirs! LOL

Detailed her yesterday morning.  Took her for a short 44 mile round trip ride to grocery store.  Once home and cooled, tightened exhaust flange nuts again.
