 Im putting together a CVO 103 with Zippers 575 redshifts chain drive,And D&D fatcat what  HP & TQ number should i be looking at when im done?

Lot of variables.....not all dyno's are the same

If you are looking for only numbers say 105/105

It is a nice setup, you won't be disappointed unless you are looking for 115/115

So what tuner are you going with?

Before I went to a 106 with my SEFB,I ran REDSHIFT 575 cams and a V&H PROPIPE,it made 98hp and 110tq.

 No im not just looking for numbers,My bike is not a CVO but when the crank went south in 2005 EG, I decided to buy the SE CVO 103 kit.From what read they seem to run pretty.It looks like Zippers 575 is a direct bolt in know no clearance problems.I would appreciate any input on this build.Im going to do the timken bearings the  bike already has PC 111.Weld the new crank,Do these 103 run hot?

The cams are bolt in with no clearance problems,you will need adjustable pushrods.

A stock 103 (lean) runs hot, but that is to be expected with an air cooled inline V-twin as you increase displacement but not cooling capacity.  Thus the decision by H-D way back when to make the oil cooler part of the package, along with synthetic oil.  Once you get it tuned properly the temps aren't an issue other than when stuck in traffic.  I shut it down when sitting waiting on a long train or for other delays, otherwise you may broil some of your more delicate parts, but I haven't seen any of the issues that heat has created with the 110's.  In other words, the heat factor is a non-issue when deciding to do the 103 conversion.

While you're doing this conversion, you need to also upgrade the cam drive and oil pump to the latest type.  You definitely need to get rid of the pre-'07 chain tensioners and replace them with the new cam plate,hydraulic tensioners and roller chain.  There are two ways to do this, one using '07 model parts and the other using a special kit from H-D designed to utilize the '06 and earlier cams.  The choice will affect which cams you order, since '07 cams won't fit the inner cam bearings of the older cases.  Most cam companies have what they call conversion cams, which are set up for the new style roller chain drive but have the old style inner bearing journal sizes.

The CVO103 heads have sufficient valve travel to easily handle the .575 lift, so that won't be an issue.  You may have to do some minor relieving of the bosses in the case to clear the cam lobes, I believe the instructions with the cams give you the locations and desired clearances. 

Of the various choices, my personal opinion is that you are on the right track.  The 103 has proven to be a good engine with good performance potential, and most importantly has not had the issues we've all seen with the 110's.  I think you will be very happy with your choice.

How is the reliability with these cams as opposed to the Yuill Freedom Cams? Are they hard on the engine?

I believe that the 2 cams are very similar so either one is fine.  I have had the YB13 cams in my 05 for about 35-40K miles with no issues whatsoever

How many miles did you put on this set up? Have any reliability issues? Did you experience any negatives with that set up?

I put about 7500 miles on with this set up,no problem with reliability and pulled 45 miles to the gallon.The down side was with this exhaust it didn't have good lowend torque.Now set up with these cams in my 106 with a D&D Fatcat I don't have the torque dip in the lowend.My new dyno sheet is in the fatboy post.
