Otis is always a sleeper (the bike, not the man).  Otis (the man, not the bike) is the only guy I've ever seen that is so cool he'll come by you at 115+ and wave friendly as he does so and you notice that he's leaning back, one hand in his lap, comfortable as could be, probably reading a book and drinking a Slurpee.
