Attached is the dyno recently performed on my CVO RG Anniversary '13.  I had heads flowed, larger intake and exhaust valves, heads milled .032, Cometic gasket, pistons shaped to meet the valves, adjustable push rods, D&D Fat Cat 2 into 1 with ghost pipe and TTS tuner and I get 124.77 foot pounds of torque peak and 101 HP.  I kept the SE255 cams.  I attached my dyno sheet.  I have not seen a better tune for low to mid raange torque than mine so yes, I am suspect of a stock RG running almost 130 Ft/Lbs.

This is another dyno sheet from a very honest and good tuner, Doc.  This motor has 259E cam, HD 10.5 to 1 pistons, 55 mm HPI throttle body, 5.3 injectors, Dewey heads, woods lifters and a TTS tuner.  Fullsac DX pipe and 2.25 SD baffles.

I also have a 12 CVO With just a Fuel moto head pipe and Jack Pot pro tour mufflers and TTS tuner.

Peak torque on it is 114, not nearly as long or flat as the torque curve on my CVO King with the motor work.  Also the HP is only 102, not 121.71 like on the king.

Thanks for all the info. I learn from this forum all the time. I will have another dyno performed sometime in the future.
By the way I called the dealer and told the service mgr I was receiving comments that the numbers shown on their dyno were unobtainable with the mods made and he told me that 100-105hp 120-128 torque were very common and most scooter DYNOed out at those numbers.

Before you jump on the soapbox I want everyone to know I agree with the forum concerning the numbers.  I think a dyno tune up(on their dyno) in needed especially since he claim all the bikes they dyno come in at high numbers

Again, thanks to all those that provided feedback

I noticed on your dyno sheet that it has a SAE correction factor of 1.19. That means there's a 19% correction of your dyno run in order to correct for the effects of temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, and altitude. As was stated before, that might make for higher numbers than normally seen.

The bottom line is that you enjoy riding your bike.  Chasing numbers will drive you crazy.  Just ride safe and enjoy!

This has been a timely and informative thread. Having my gernaded 110 recently rebuilt by Jim, hd-dood, I had a new tuner (TTS) "installed" and dyno'd yesterday at RC cycles nearby. Previous tuner was a PC III. I was able to converse freely with the tuner about my objectives and he showed me on the computer screen how "happy tuners" do their thing by altering the parameters to get higher numbers. Interesting and easy
Although not my objective, I was pretty happy with the numbers at 115/117 (116.99) with the new fueling 574 cam (from a SE251) and previously installed freedom pipes, SE 50mm TB ('07's came with a 46mm) and breather. No additional head work aside from rebuild or any compression bump.
Runs well and will hopefully last another 70K miles. I'm happy
