Rog, check in the logs on such things and you'll find distinct temperature gradients for different levels of warnings on these things.  At temps low enough to cause the nose to run riding behind the Dooderator those Doodleboogles are considered HAZMAT.  Below freezing temps and they count as downrange ballista  [smiley=drink.gif] .
