I added an extended brake lever, and wouldn't ever go back to stock now.  See this review:

I also added rider floorboard extenders.  I've had Kuryakyn's on my other CVO, so I ordered them again.  Moves the floorboards out 3/4" and they are fantastic.

As far as shifter levers, I didn't feel the need to spring for the bucks.  I've never liked Harley's heel shifter, and I've pulled it off every one I've owned.  I just adjusted the height of the toe shifter until I was happy and put a chrome spacer from Kuryakyn on the shift rod. 
Normally I wouldn't put much that wasn't Harley on my bike, but these smaller items are great additions.

the Softbrake looks good,,  i would go with the solid this time,, looks like a better match to whats on there now....   thanks lots sir,,, ill order one tomorrow,,,     stuart

I've got the EZ Brake on mine and like it. I've never used the Softbrake setup so I can't comment on that.

I ended up using ez-brake, I had them (extended brake, shift levers, and anti-rattle) on my 2004 CVO.

They also have a great package deal on all three and when you call let them know your on the CVO site.

Here is an after photo. I am considering the soft brake 3/4" floor board extender to move the floor boards out 3/4".

EZ Brake slotted on my 2015 CVO RGU.  Have not felt a need to change the shift levers.

I added the SoftBrake extended brake lever to min, great add-on as the factory unit was stupid!

I went with software too. . I liked the look best and it seemed they had positive comments. . Did the longer front shifter and the long spacer. . Should be on by sat.  Stuart.

Hey Stuart, can you give a short review and maybe a pic when you're done with the left side? I considered all of that but just ordered the brake for now.
